Role Overview
Attica Media Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director / Manager to lead our client relations and commercial strategy across print and digital media. The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, drive new business opportunities, and oversee the execution of high-impact campaigns that meet client objectives and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and grow relationships with key clients and advertising partners.
- Develop and execute integrated sales strategies for print and digital platforms.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and creative teams to develop effective campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Mentor and support the sales and account management team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in media sales, account management, or business development—preferably within publishing or advertising.
- Proven track record in managing high-value accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of both print and digital advertising ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership experience and ability to motivate a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (Greek is a plus).
